Kansas had a clear objective to find a solution that assisted residents quickly and efficiently. They searched and selected Kansas City, MO based PayIt to help them achieve this goal. Department of Revenue and the Department of Health and Environment were the first agencies to come forward with an immediate need.
PayIt partnered with the state department of technology, the department of revenue and the department of health and environment and launched the iKan solution for all residents across the state of Kansas. The state departments created a roadmap for resident services and began the journey. The partnership was launched and the state now had access to the industry leading digital government platform to deliver improved services for all residents.
In addition to the above live features the state is working on rolling out additional government services every 90 days on the PayIt platform.
The key feature of the iKan solution is that each resident has one digital profile that is used to interact with government. This improves security of digital assets, creates a recurring easy way for all residents to deal with government and importantly for the state of Kansas government workers they now have new modern tools at their fingertips to help deliver improved services for all residents.
PayIt provides a patent-pending, enterprise-grade robust platform enabling government agencies to deliver solutions that help improve the delivery of services to its citizens.
PayIt does not require ongoing maintenance or surprise the users with any hidden charges. The features of the modern platform include maximum flexibility, rapid scale, and robust disaster recovery. It also enables ongoing research & development using the latest technologies, while its standard element includes advanced analytics that enables more efficiency. Moreover, PayIt’s platform also supports seamless integration with any of the existing systems. The implementation process completes in 90 days or sometimes less depending on the client’s requirements. “No matter what device you use, it is all the same experience with the technology that we have developed. With a host of features tailored for both transactional and citizen engagement services, PayIt is the ideal partner for a government and its residents,” mentions Wons.
Only in the market for the last five years, PayIt has already marked its presence and is serving several government entities. In March, the company, which is currently supporting more than 500 government services, received a $100 million-plus investment from New York-based venture capital and private equity firm, Insight Partners, allowing the company to accelerate its research and development, while increasing the breadth and depth of the solutions it offers and introduce more feature-rich solutions. The company has also expanded its digitization efforts into the healthcare sector, child care management and into the great outdoors solutions. “We are enabling anything, and everything related to government services and making it all accessible in the palm of the citizens’ hand. We have a very robust road-map and an agile delivery culture, and we are continuously expanding our feature set,” concludes Wons.
